Refund and Returns Policy

At WildWonderer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, our refund and return policy is here to help.

Returns

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, or digital downloads, are non-returnable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us to arrange an exchange.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact our customer support at service@wildwonderer.com with your order details and reason for return.
We will provide return instructions, including the return shipping address.
Ship the item back following the provided instructions.
Once received, we will process your refund or exchange accordingly.
